We have implemented a four-day work week to improve work-life balance, thereby increasing employee satisfaction and motivation. This initiative enables us to maximize productivity while giving our team more time to recharge their batteries. By adopting this model, we are also positioning ourselves as forerunners in labor market innovation, attracting top talent attracted by flexibility and a better quality of life. We have adopted a four-day week for our teams, but our customers feel no change in availability or quality of service. Firstly, our offices remain open five days a week, thanks to efficient team rotation. Our employee compensation policy has not changed with the introduction of the four-day week. We have adopted the 100-80-100 model, where employees receive 100% of their usual salary for 80% of working time, while aiming for 100% productivity. This approach ensures that although working hours are reduced, commitment to objectives and quality of work remain intact, ensuring continuity and efficiency without impacting on employee remuneration.
